For all parties concerned in the moving home process, exchange of monies regarding sale and purchases of homes should have taken place by midday on Completion day.

However, Banks, Building Societies and Solicitors do tend to be a little less efficient than they should be and delays frequently occur. In order to remain competitive our Quotations do not include an allowance for waiting time for keys.

As a gesture of our good will to customers we allow a free waiting time period up to 2pm for access to the new residence unless other arrangements have been made. After 2pm we charge a small hourly rate or part thereof to cover our costs only. If you require further explanation please do call the office.
